Diaphragm valves:Manual or air actuated.are specially designed for hygienic and aspetic processes in pharmacy industry.This valve is excellent for controling as well as on/off fluid。
Diaphragm seals the valve body and seat.The is no way to contact the enviroment.So this valve is suitable for aspetic process.When the valve is off.The pressure seal that holding up diaphragn moves towards to the sealing face of valve body.When the pressure plate moves,the diapfragm bending.forced ttowards to seat area of body centre.So that to shut off the flow path to valve body。The relativeness of valve body and pressure plate prevents the diaphragm pressing.The valve can be munual and air actuated,also can be operated by control top and soleniod valve.

Features:
Comparing with other valves,this valve has obvious advantage on the flow control.Easy clean,good at dealing with grain medium.The phenomenon of air pocket is rare on the application of flow control.
